It’s our kids favorite vacation and so fun to spend time with family at Glen Eden! But I have to say that your prices have increased substantially which is disheartening. But with the increase of pricing, where is the increase in amenities and upgrades? The pool has been the same for 30 years, sometimes the heater works and sometimes it doesn’t, same with the hot tub (doesn’t always work), tennis court are old and cracked, some cabin need some serious upgrades, the restaurant hasn’t been open the past 2 years. Also, we are not happy with your new “ tiered” pricing, summer rates along with summer weekend rates is ridiculous! We are already paying the summer rate and then on top of that we have to pay more for a weekend?? We love your resort and hope our kids will continue this tradition with their own children, but with this last price increase, not sure it will be an option. Just wanted you to know that you are raising prices but not amenities and it is pricing out local Coloradans from visiting your resort which is a shame! We love it here, but not sure how long our family will be able to pay these prices. But thank you for giving us years of wonderful family memories!!" (10/5)
